Over a month ago we reported on the official Mario Maker UK’s website claim that the game would come with 100 pre-made courses.
That same Nintendo site has recanted the statement, only claiming “Dozens” of sample courses.
Super Mario Maker will feature dozens of sample courses that are directly playable, and can help to inspire players in creating their own. Also included are the four courses featured in the Nintendo World Championships 2015**.
**Please note that this page originally incorrectly stated that the game would contain 100 courses that you can play without an internet connection.

It doesn’t change my feelings towards the game, since it’s a must-own for me, but I will admit the 100 levels was a nice bonus! But with many players contributing their own levels from around the world, there will be no shortage of content :)
