It has been reveled that N-Space will once again be brining Modern Warfare to the DS with its next installment, Modern Warfare 3: Defiance.

N-Space Facebook page had this to say when asked about brining the game to the 3DS.

“You guys all need to understand that we make the games we are hired to make,” a company representative said. “It is not our call to decide which platforms to support. Obviously we are big 3DS fans and supporters as we have three titles in development.”

So it seem like Acitivsion is not ready to bring their most popular series to the 3DS as of right now.
