I have seen these rumor floating around for while and now it seems like it is pretty much true across the board. Wal-Mart seem to be selling the 3DS for the new price of $169.99. Which mean you could buy the 3DS at the lower price and still have time to sign up for the ambassador program and receive your 20 free games.
