Nintendo 64 Games Coming Soon to Wii U Virtual Console
If the picture above is any indication, it seems that Nintendo is about to add the Nintendo 64 library to the Wii U Virtual Console service. What is interesting about this news is the page seems to be the only way Nintendo has announced the addition of Nintendo 64 games into the service. With many complaining that the Wii U Virtual Console is expanding at a snail’s pace, it is odd that Nintendo would be so subtle about the announcement. We here at purenintendo.com will update this post as we get more information.

Its been like that for a long time. Hate to burst your bubble… I found that page shortly after they launched the Wii U VC service and it said the same thing.

Mario Party 3 please. Snowboard Kids would be appreciated also.

This is great news. I have a few of the N64 titles already in the original Wii mode, but I’d like to pay the small upgrade price and get them upscaled.
On a side note, I’d really, really like Nintendo to up the pace at which they release VC games. Moving at a snail’s pace can’t even begin to describe how slow they are going right now.
