Looks like someone at ONM might have let the news slip too early about Animal Crossing a few days ago.  The original statement from the ONM staff member reads:

…those of you who have read the new issue of Official Nintendo Magazine should already know that Animal Crossing Wii will be unveiled at the conference.

Now the same blog has recently been updated to cover up the previous message:

Of course everyone is hoping that Animal Crossing Wii will be there but what else would you like to see. What would be your dream line-up be?

Very sneaky ONM, but I think it’s too late to go back on what you said first!
