SAN FRANCISCO – June 1, 2009 – Ubisoft® revealed today at its E3 press conference that the company will be releasing No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle exclusively for the Wii(TM) system from Nintendo in North America in early 2010. No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle follows up on the success of No More Heroes that garnered multiple industry awards, including GamePro’s Wii game of the year, GameSpot’s Best Wii game and Editor’s Choice award and Best Original IP, IGN’s Best Wii Story and Best Action Wii Game.

We’re having issues with the Internet, so I’m typing out the conference using my phone. So sorry for any delays :/

– The show is now starting
– trailer montage shows NMH 2, Shaun White, and Red Steel 2
– Yves Guillemot talked about a new service called uplay for DLC and game help
– mentions the wii remote, DSi and balance board as opening new ways of playing and creating games
– Red Steel 2 will let u experience the fights
– James Cameron is now stage!
– Talks about Avatar the movie and the game in stereoscopic 3D
– Talking about Red Steel 2!
– Showing the new trailer!!
– Red Steel creative director Chris Vanderberge
– Red Steel 2 demo is about to start. Wii motion plus on the stage
– Exclusive look of first level
– demoing the game live on screen
– The interface looks great and the controls look very fluid
– Special powers can be obtained
– Fast load times
– Demoing a boss battle—looks pretty sweet
– game will be playable on the show floor
– Game will be bundled with Wii Motion Plus at launch as well!
