FAMILY FUN WITH THE FRIENDLIEST PHANTOM!

Blast Entertainment, part of the Mastertronic Group, have today announced the release of Casper’s Scare School: Classroom Capers on Nintendo DS, following the successful release of their PlayStation 2 version last year.

Casper first appeared in 1945 when Paramount released The Friendly Ghost and later expanded into an entire TV series. By 1952 Casper had become one of the most celebrated cartoon characters on earth and developed into a publishing phenomenon. Casper has since starred in the Steven Spielberg produced Casper feature film (grossing $300m worldwide), two additional made-for-video films, and a top-rated animated TV series. Casper continues to be popular with children aged 4-9 years old, and has massive awareness across all generations. An all new Casper series, Scare School, is coming to TV in 2009, following the release of a feature length film with the same name last year.
