Purely Playthroughs: Super Mario 64 – Episode 4 – Lava is Lethal
Matt’s streak of making Super Mario 64 look easy has come to an end. Trevor and Justin are out, Tristan Meiman is in. Today, Matt and Tristan will finish off Hazy Maze Cave and make their way into Lethal Lava Land. Matt soon realizes that the game’s difficulty has picked up…or that he is uncoordinated. Be sure to marvel at how like-minded everyone is at PureNintendo, as Tristan proceeds to bring up the exact same subjects we talked about in the previous Let’s Play episodes. Tristan’s secret to meeting celebrities is also revealed.
Levels today: Hazy Maze Cave; Lethal Lava Land, Invisible Cap Zone.
Unlike the Super Metroid Series, we will be completing 100% of Super Mario 64; that means we will be grabbing all 120 stars.
You can expect a new episode of this Let’s Play every Tuesday and Friday at 12PM EDT/ 3PM PDT until we nab every star and defeat Bowser once and for all.

Also Shadows of the Empire is a terrible game Paxton and you know it, you remember that boss battle we failed at beating.
