Renegade Kid Announces ‘Cult County’ A New 3DS FPS
At Penny Arcade Expo (PAX) East Renegade Kid, developer of games like Mutant Mudds and ATV Wild Ride 3D, announced their new game for the 3DS Cult County. As of right now all we know about Cult County is that the game is a first person shooter for the 3DS. Below you can view imagery for the game from the Cult County website and a QR code that gamers can scan with their 3DS to view some screen in 3D. Hopefully Renegade Kid will be able to fill us in with more details about the game soon!

How exactly does one scan it? Mii Maker wont accept it, and the camera just takes a photo. Since when does 3DS read non-mii QR codes?

MalyndraCrow I’ve been trying to figure that out for a while now. Honestly, I found no solution.

NintendoPSX MalyndraCrow Very simple. Power up your 3DS and make sure it is on the Home Screen. Tap one of the shoulder buttons to activate the camera. In the lower left corner of the touchscreen just above the ‘X Quit’ button there should be a square that resembles a QR Code symbol. Select the QR Code button. Upon doing so the touch screen should read ‘Searching for a QR Code…’ and the top screen should show a QR Code guide template. Align the QR Code in the above post with the template on your 3DS and voila!
When the QR Code has been detected, the touchscreen should read ‘URL Found.’ Push the A Button to follow the URL and A Button again to launch in internet browser. Obviously you will have to have an internet connection to visit the site and view the 3D screens but once at the site you can scroll down and view the screens in their full 3D glory!
