Nintendo uploaded a new trailer for Kid Icarus: Uprising for the 3DS to YouTube.  This one is pretty unique for Nintendo because it starts off with a Spoiler Alert warning message.  So if you want to leave Uprising as a surprise, then do not watch the following trailer.
