The game will launch in America on July 3rd for $6.99.  A European release date has yet to be announced, but it should follow a few weeks later

The game looks to have a solid amount of content with dozens of mazes across a variety of worlds, and “Hellish Boss Fights”.  Of course this game will probably be best in multiplayer.
