This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, Jemma and Kirk have a lot to discuss, including the new Mincraft Movie teaser trailer. And that’s not the only trailer on our list!
Last week, we dissected the latest Nintendo Direct. This week, we have plenty of news to catch up on, from the latest Echoes of Wisdom trailer to news from Level 5. Plus we dip into the Sonic 3 trailer, comparing different ways of making movies based on video games.
We’re also playing some very interesting titles this week, including Yars Rising. This modern take on the 1981 title Yars Revenge puts a unique spin on the series. It also faithfully captures the essence of the original in a really cool way. It’s out on September 10 and we’re working on our review right now, so stay tuned!
We also talk about the new Ace Attorney Collection, which has a nice little demo out now. Plus, Jemma has spent some time with the Bakeru demo, and she compares notes with Kirk who is a big fan. Plus, Kirk found a book that was recommend within a game – literally! It was mentioned in recent outing Natsu-Mon, and Kirk ordered it based on this in-game reference. A first for either of us!
