Ubisoft® Releases Poptropica Adventures for the DS
SAN FRANCISCO — November 8, 2012 — Today, Ubisoft® released Poptropica® Adventures, based on Poptropica, the massively popular virtual world for kids, on the Nintendo DS™ system. The game is available at all retail outlets for $29.99 and is rated “E” for Everyone.
Just in time for the holidays, Poptropica fans can now play exciting quests on-the-go. In Poptropica Adventures, the Poptropica museum is in ruins and needs help. Players can explore three amazing Islands and find missing artifacts to help restore the museum to its former glory. Along the way, they meet interesting characters, collect artifacts, solve puzzles and play mini-games in the ultimate on-the-go Poptropica experience. Players can also customize the look of their avatars with new clothes, hats, hairstyles and more to show off their unique Poptropica style.
