Our 48-hour live stream for Child’s Play has officially ended as of 7pm EST.  We were able to complete Metroid Prime, Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and a majority of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.  Here are some stats for the marathon:

  • There were 26,291 viewer minutes throughout the 48-hour marathon
  • Metroid Prime was completed in 12 hours and 20 minutes with a completion of 78%
  • New Play Control: Donkey Kong Jungle Beat was completed in 5 hours and 15 minutes
  • New Super Mario Bros. Wii was finished in an even 9 hours
  • The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker was almost completed (Finished up through the Triforce chart/shard fetch-quest)
  • 325 Teddygrams were consumed in a 15 hour period (both Honey and Cinnamon flavored) as well as copious amounts of Sprite, Coffee, and Mountain Dew.

We want to say thank you to a ton of people who helped make this possible!  Huge thanks to James for coordinating with Child’s Play and getting the equipment setup for the live stream.  Another big thanks goes to Kevin, Eli, and all the others that played and encouraged us along the way!
