Shortly after the Wii U Preview event in New York City early last month Nintendo-Nation.net did some fancy detective work on the Wii U console packaging that was revealed.  After blowing up the side of the box (images shown below) the site uncovered some new Wii U details.  These details are not all that ground breaking but they are new details nonetheless.  According to the people over at Nintendo-Nation.net the text under the ‘Connect’ section on the box’s side panel reads:

  • Make and share new Mii characters
  • Easily interact with friends, family and people around the world via Miiverse
  • Download add-on content, full games, classic games and applications from Nintendo eShop (all contents sold separately)
  • Communicate with other Wii U owners in real time with Wii U Chat
