Wii U Stretch Goal lowered for Night Detective
TreeFall Studios posted this update earlier today …
“We have received more inquiries and interest in a Wii U version of the game than any other version listed! However the stretch goal to reach the Wii U version is pretty high! So as a company we have done some talking and changing of priorities and we have switched a few of the stretch goals around to make it easier for the people to get what they want! The Wii U stretch goal has been switched and lowered from 10,000 dollars to 5,500 dollars! This version will contain exclusive features involving 2 screened puzzles, touch features, and Mii Verse connectivity!”
Even with this reduced goal a Wii U version is still quite a ways away, but three weeks remain for the project. It has already hit one Stretch Goal, and currently sits at 127% funding.

This studio has no idea what it’s doing. Not only do its games look bland in graphics, music, storyline, and especially in gameplay, but the developer hardware for Wii U is rumoured to cost around $5000 dollars on its own, not to mention the fees for actually creating a port, etc. Remember the game itself apparently costs $750 to make (which I highly doubt to be true, it’s made with gamemaker by what seems to be two guys in their spare time ) so if you take that to be true they are outright lying to their customers. Apparently, when developer console purchase is included, it is going to take them less money to build the game for more platforms. This makes no sense.
