Ever since the last several updates my system seems to be freezing up more and more. Is there anything I can do about this?

That’s not good :( Does it freeze at any particular point, like just on the menu or in an app, like eShop, in-game, or Miiverse? Do you have to hard-reset it to boot it back up?

It is usually at the screen right after selecting the Mii that I wanted to play with the Screen that has the Wii U logo it would freeze up. I tried to see if I was just being impatient and let it sit for a few minuets but it still did not work. I usually have to hold the power button to turn it off occasionally I have to just pull the plug which I hate doing.
Sorry about the long time before my reply, my wife and I have been doing some remodeling and doing most of the work ourselves so I have not had the time or energy to log on.
