After several months, it seems that Citizens of Earth has finally returned to the 3DS eShop.
The game was removed from the eShop last May after a homebrew exploit was discovered.
In the game, you play as the Vice President, tasked with recruiting folks to help save the world. We reviewed Citizens of Earth last year, and were certainly fans of the humor and the solid RPG experience.
