The latest eShop releases for Europe have been announced, due for release this Thursday. This week brings another round of treats to the Wii U and 3DS, from new releases, Virtual Console delights, and a plethora of tempting discounts.

  • The Legend of Kusakari (Nnooo, €4.99 / £3.99) – this action puzzler has over 50 levels and features a grass-cutting character who enables a real hero to fight foes.
  • Pixel Paint (Rainy Frog, €3.99 / £3.99) – this art-creation title allows you to create pixel-based artwork and then share on Miiverse. We were fans of the Wii U version in 2014.

New Nintendo 3DS eShop

  • BlockForm (CW-Games, €4.99 / £4.49) – here you control a cube with legs, whose mood and move sets are dictated by the color of the platforms on which it stands, in 40 unique levels.

New Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console

  • The Legend of the Mystical Ninja (Konami, €5.59 / £5.00 until 8th September, then €7.99 / £7.19) – this 1991 SNES game is a well-loved classic. It’s also an action game full of creativity, blending side-scrolling platforming with RPG adventure-style wandering. There’s great music, challenging gameplay, and co-op play to boot.
