The most recent Aliens: Colonial Marines Trailer throws you right into the action.  Colonial Marines takes place right after the events of Alien 3, a James Cameron film, and you are charged with exploring the U.S.S. Sulaco to try and find Ellen Ripley.  The xenomorphs, which are the main enemy of the game, look amazing and will add some tense moments as you progress through the story.
