Twitter user ‘zmiller1902‘ recently sent in his GamePad back to Nintendo due to a defective ZL button.  The interesting part is when Nintendo sent him a new GamePad they also included an invoice that showed the cost of the GamePad.  The invoice stated that the GamePad costs $85.  Could this be the cost of a new GamePad?  The answer is probably yes but I imagine that this is what it costs Nintendo.  When individual GamePads hit retail store shelves I would expect the price to be slightly higher than this price that is quoted on Mr. zmiller1902’s invoice.  If I had to venture a guess, I would say that the retail price for a GamePad will probably be $100.
