SAN FRANCISCO – July 16, 2009 – Today Ubisoft announces it will bring publishing phenomenon Where’s Waldo?® to life in a new interactive adventure video game titled “Where’s Waldo?® The Fantastic Journey.” Created by Ludia Inc., “Where’s Waldo? The Fantastic Journey” is an original interactive adventure for the whole family, as players scour the virtual globe in search of Waldo, his friends and other hidden objects. The game will be available for the Wii(TM) system from Nintendo, the Nintendo DS(TM) system, Windows-based PC and Mac and sold at North American retailers in September 2009.

X-Play, the most watched video game show on television, gives gaming fans a voice this summer with the 2009 G-Phoria Awards. Beginning July 16 through July 31, gamers around the globe get complete control of which games are the biggest, baddest and most loved by players. Playing with the concept of time travel, Chronos Twins, sees the player in the driving-seat, as Nec – the last best hope for his planet – not only battles to save his world but also to avenge the death of his brother.
To successfully complete levels, players must initially use both screens simultaneously as s/he plays across two temporal dimensions (past and present) in a bid to meet (and defeat) the nameless entity head-on when it first appears on Nec’s homeworld. Manoeuvring through side-scrolling areas, the aim is to control both the present-time hero whilst exploring the planet’s past to conquer the alien threats.
