Retailers are starting to list Wii U games on their websites and these images are listed on Amazon.ca and Target.  What do you guys think?  They’re so high-res it leads me to believe they are final or near-final.  They even use the same blue as the new Wii U logo.  I kinda like the rounded part at the top, reminds me of the Gamecube boxes:

Update (Thanks to IvarArpe for the heads up!): Looks like these are the real deal as confirmed by Ubisoft on CVG.  A Ubisoft spokesperson simply said the designs were ‘legit’.  Also of note, Wii U marketing materials have started to arrive at retailers:
