The Pokémon company has announced that Entei and Raikou will be availble for the Pokémon Sun and Moon entries.

Players will be able to get the two legendary Pokémon starting April 22 thru April 29 at participating Target stores, as part of the yearlong celebration of legendary Pokémon.
