Welcome to another episode of The Pure Nintendo Podcast! This week we continue our discussion on those addictive amiibo, with a few new additions to Jemma’s collection. She’s reached the 30 mark now – will she be overtaking Roger anytime soon?

Jemma and Roger also discuss which franchises they’ve somehow missed over the years, from Splatoon to Sonic the Hedgehog. So many games, so little time.

We do a deep dive into the many games we’ve been playing lately, including some review games. There’s a wide variety to choose from, including the beat ‘em up stylings of River City Saga to the platforming nuances of Dyna Bomb 2. This leads into a look at the importance of good marketing for games.

Roger debriefs us on his latest review games, including the interesting-sounding Circus Electrique, as well as the newly released Disney Dreamlight Valley. We talk in-depth about this one, which seems to be one of the bigger releases of the year, at least from Disney’s perspective.

Our weekly podcast is where we disuss anything and everything Nintendo-related. If you’re a Koopa Kast fan, don’t worry – we’re still running this specialized podcast series as well, so stay tuned for more info about the next episode.

In the meantime, let us know if you enjoyed our latest show! We’d love to know your thoughts on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, so get in touch or leave a review!
