With the latest Mario Kart 8 DLC pack a mere week away, it’s time to get excited. Nintendo are further whetting our appetite by today revealing the eight tracks that will come with the pack, dubbed the Animal Crossing pack.

This time the pack is split evenly between retro and new tracks, and includes fan favorite Baby Park from the GameCube’s Mario Kart: Double Dash!!  For those uninitiated, this is a short, oval-shaped track, with more laps than usual, making it a fast and frenzied race – we can’t wait to try this one at 200cc speed!

Here’s the full set of tracks coming on April 23:

Retro tracks:

  • Baby Park (GameCube)
  • Koopa City (3DS)
  • Ribbon Road (GBA)
  • Cheese Land (GBA)

New tracks:

  • Wild Woods
  • Super Bell Subway
  • Big Blue
  • Animal Crossing

The tracks will come packaged with new vehicles and characters, with four new vehicles being the Bone Rattler (bike), City Tripper (bike), Streetle (kart), and P-Wing (kart) and the characters Isabella and a villager from Animal Crossing, and Dry Bowser.

Nintendo have also posted some videos to show off the new tracks, which you can check out below. If you want to go in fresh you might not want to watch!
