Despite the numerous innovations made with Super Mario Maker 2, there is still one feature missing, and that fans have been clamouring for; World Maker.
Currently, you can only make levels, rather than full-blown maps, like what you would find in New Super Mario Brothers, which is unfortunate. Luckily, a developer decided to tackle the challenge with a website dedicated to world-building. It’s worth mentioning, Nintendo did not sponsor or aid in the development of this tool. That said, from my personal experience, it still works, as an alternative. Considering the fact this tool is still in alpha, don’t expect much– but if you have feedback regarding the tool be sure to let the developer know via his discord server.
