Two days ago Capcom announced they had cancelled production on Megaman Legends 3. This came as a surprise to a lot of people considering the game showed a lot of promise. There has been some strong reactions from fans concerning the cancellatiaon and Capcom seems not to care.

This is a tweet from Capcom Euro  yesterday.

it’s a shame the fans didn’t want to get more involved :-( if we saw there was an audience for MML3 people might change minds

I am not sure if the cancellation was the fans fault. Everything I heard towards MML3 was positive, the game looked good.

Ok, here is where everything starts to get ugly. Check out these Twitter conversations between fans and Capcom Euro.

No, No, No, No…Capcom PR you should know better…Do not respond to this! Let people rant and be done with it.

Later Capcom does make a half-hearted apology.

Apologies again. The original comment was in relation to the interaction in the Dev rooms NOT the fans who have been nothing but supportive.

The original comment does not bother me, its the responses to fans after the comment was made that bothers me. They seemed sarcastic and unhelpful.
