Nintendo of Europe has confirmed European 3DS owners will be able to download and play Metal Gear Solid 3D demo. Much like the RE: Revelations demo, Nintendo of America is staying silent if we will be seeing this demo in North America.  If we are going off what happened with the RE demo we can probably rest assure we will be getting this demo as well.
