Microsoft employees attend Best Buy Nintendo Wii U event
I heard rumors about this last week and it now looks like we have video confirmation of this happening. It looks like Microsoft employees were showing up at the Best Buy Nintendo Wii U events to help promote the Xbox One. If true, is it in poor taste or a good marketing strategy?

I can assure you this was a terrible idea by all accounts, even if it did work. Expect Microsoft to disavow all this when word finally gets round.

Bad bad taste. It looks skeevy and unprofessional. Microsoft is painting itself as a conniving company with poor business decisions.
