MTV Multilayer: Nintendo Talks WiiWare
Here are some highlights form an Interview with Nintendo’s Tom Prata:
- 80% of Wiiware titles are published by developers who have not made games for the Wii before
- Game variety of prices ( Editor note: Final Fantasy is rumored at $15 and Defend your castle $5)
- Developers size limit, 40-50 MB for a game. (Editor Note: Wii has 512 MB)
- Wiiware games can be saved to SD card
- Game can be deleted and downloaded again for free
- Nintendo may allow Mii’s in Wiiware games. ““They are able to discuss with Nintendo about the use of the Miis.”
- Nintendo still working on Everyones Nintendo Channel For NA
