Developer Exordium Games has announced the release of its point-and-click adventure Bear With Me: The Lost Robots, which will head to the Nintendo Switch on July 9.
This latest game serves as a prologue to the award-winning series. It’s also the first entry for the Nintendo Switch.
Bear With Me’s premise follows the mysterious disappearance of young boy Flint. His sister, Amber, sets out to search for clues, along with her friend and detective, Ted E. Bear. In The Lost Robots, the story follows Flint’s journey as he encounters new and memorable characters and unveils locales distinct from the rest of the series. These events lead into the existing episodes 1-3, shedding light on the series.
Fans of the series will be familiar with its film noir ambience, as Amber and Ted E. Bear exchange sharp banter while solving environmental puzzles and cross-examining potential suspects in their investigation. The duo face more than just a mystery, with rumors of a mysterious ‘man in red’ responsible for an outbreak of recent fires.
