LISBON, Portugal – July 21, 2009

GAMEINVEST, Portugal’s leading video game developer, today released a new trailer featuring new levels, characters and gameplay in their oceanic conservation-themed game Aquatic Tales. In development for the Nintendo DS™, Wii™ and PC, this adventure style game challenges players to guide and protect a family of endangered fish on a journey through several different marine landscapes to their final destination, the Amazon River. GAMEINVEST will be presenting the trailer and a technical demo of Aquatic Tales at the Casual Connect conference in Seattle, July 21-23.

The new trailer and technical demo for Aquatic Tales showcase seven different and diverse underwater worlds, including the River, Coast, Reef, Ruins, Glacier, Volcano and Amazon. The head bosses for each world are also revealed, including the Swordfish, Octopus, Squid, Hammerhead Shark, Crab and Moray Eel. Players must protect their family of fish from deadly predators within each world while also attempting to earn points and grow their tribe of endangered fish. Additionally, players can collect valuable relics and showcase them in the Relics Room. An original musical score and beautifully designed 2D and 3D animations are also featured.

In addition to showcasing Aquatic Tales at Casual Connect, GAMEINVEST will also be presenting a casual game title in development at the conference, Lure of Destiny. In the puzzle adventure game Lure of Destiny, players must escape an old and strange manor by completing a series of puzzles and solving an intriguing mystery.
