Nintendo sends out Spotpass treat for the 3DS one year anniversary
Nintendo is sending out a special treat to 3DS owners, via spotpass. Everyone in America will receive the official Reggie Mii. (Iwata in Europe) The official Mii will have all the puzzle pieces, and be level five for Find Mii.

That’s pretty cool. I think one of the accomplishments is to tag an official Mii as well.
