Nintendo spent $100 million on unknown technology acquisition
Buried deep within today’s Nintendo FY14 financial documents is something of possible interest. According to Analyst David Gibson, Nintendo spent $100 million on an unknown technology acquisition during Q4.
It is very hard to say what this acquisition is all about. I could speculate but I will enjoy to see what everyone concludes in our comment section below.

Probably something relating to online features for games on both Wii U and 3DS. maybe something to do with QOL. Maybe something to do with the NFC stuff. I’d say my first one is a fair guess.
