Nintendo Wii and DS Make The Top 10 Gadgets That Could Hurt Your Pets
PetPlan surveyed 3,000 pet owners asking them what gadgets in their home has caused injury to their pets. About 10% surveyed said their pets have been injured by the hands of the Wii.
Top 10 gadgets most likely in injure pets:
1) iPod (15 per cent)
2) Laptop (10.8 per cent)
3) Remote Control (10.8 per cent)
4) Plasma TV (10.8 per cent)
5) Wii (10 per cent)
6) DVD Player (10 per cent)
7) Playstation (8.3 per cent)
Nintendo DS (5.8 per cent)
9) Mobile Phone (5.8 per cent)
10) Karaoke Machine (5.8 per cent)

Dumb ass people, with no brain on how to take care of their things as well as their pets. We have a boxer and a cat, and so far they having got hurt by anythings that are listed on here.

Yea, I think the closest thing that has happen to my pets getting hurt when I play is almost stepping on their tale during Wii tennis.

More pets have been hurt by ‘plasma tvs’ than Wii. I think that says something.
Note also that ‘remote controls’ are higher as well. There is no way a remote control can hurt a pet unless it’s a deliberate action. Either this study is greatly flawed, or the Wii is actually relatively benign.
