On 28 April, Nordic Game will present the fourth annual Nordic Game Awards. 

Highlight of the conference’s Delegate Dinner, the Nordic Game Awards will consist of four categories: Best Nordic Game, Best Nordic Children’s Game, Best New Nordic Talent and Best Artistic Achievement.

The following games have been nominated by the game producers’ associations of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden:

On 7 April the NGA jury will meet in Copenhagen to evaluate the nominees and select the winners. The Nordic Game Awards 2010 jury consists of the following representatives appointed by the Nordic game producers’ associations: Thomas Vigild, Steve Dahlskog, Arnar Hrafn Gylfason, Petri Järvilehto, Jon Cato Lorentzen.

The Nordic Game Awards 2010 is organised by Nordic Game Program in cooperation with the following game producers’ associations in the region: Dataspelsbranschen (SE), Icelandic Gaming Industry (IS), Neogames (FI), Producentforeningen (DK), and Spillprodusentforeningen (NO).

The Nordic Game conference takes place on 28-29 April 2010 at Luftkastellet in Slagthuset, Malmö, Sweden (25 minutes by commuter train from Copenhagen airport).
