A galaxy of color, sounds, and fun.

Super Nintendo World is now open at Universal Studios Hollywood, and we’re sure Mario (et al.) fans are having a grand time exploring the Mushroom Kingdom in a way many of us didn’t dream possible. We know this because Pure Nintendo was lucky enough to receive access to Media Day on Thursday, February 16th.

We’ll have plenty to say about Super Nintendo World over the coming days. Featuring the 3D, interactive “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge” ride, some rather excellent Super Mushroom Soup (not to mention the Mt. Beanpole Cake, of course) at the Toadstool Cafe, and no shortage of blocks to hit, secrets to find, and virtual coins to collect, there’s just too much to cover in one article.

So, we’ll just let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy the galleries, and stick with us for more images and discussion on this fun destination for Nintendo fans.
