This week on the Pure Nintendo Podcast, it’s time to relive the ’90s as Jemma, Trev, and Kirk get nostalgic for the Nintendo 64!

On last week’s episode, we were playing the Adventures of Elliot from Square Enix. This week, we kick things off with a celebration of all things Nintendo 64 as we celebrate the console’s 30th anniverary since launching in Japan on June 23, 1996. So many memories!

Sonic the Hedgehog also celebrated an anniversary last week, giving us even more nostalgia to reflect on. We highlight our time with the blue blur from 35 years ago to today.

We also launch a new segment called Demo Direct, featuring the latest demos on the Switch and Switch 2 that we’re playing. This week, we’re playing three demos. Are they worth your time?

Kirk’s Corner brings us Jackbox Party Pack 12, and in Games We’re Playing, we dive into Dave the Diver, more of The Adventures of Elliot, Untitled Goose Game, Realm of Ink, and Console Archives L’Empereur. Enjoy the show!
