I was hoping it would be code for the word next becuase just calling it the Nintendo Next! Sounds AWESOME! (commercial voice over guy speaks,”It’s next gen the next thing you want next to the next thing you already own!”) See? Easy marketing not like the Wii U which was clearly a message fail.

I would also like to share some points that I think could make the NX a great system and sell well.

Returning and not returning features: Streetpass it was the gimmick of the 3DS and I know Nintendo stated they are keeping their big NX secret a secret but streetpass should continue on.

Mii’s should continue but if they want to move away from the Wii branding they might want to do away with Mii’s.

Miiverse should “NOT” I REPEAT “NOT” RETURN! BECAUSE IT SUCKS! YOU CAN’T BE AN ADULT ON MIIVERSE LIKE YOU CAN FACEBOOK SO GET RID OF MIIVERSE PLEASE!

eShop I think the online store name for Nintendo should continue as the eShop brand keep it from confusing like Wiishop and dsishop.

Online should continue to be free that’s what makes Nintendo desperate from Sony and Microsoft is free online but if they struggle to sell their next hardware they might want to stop gimmicking consoles and make a standard console/controller or think about a paid subscription like PS+ for current console owners.

Also stop forcing a certain type of controller on ppl allow people to play how they want to play stop making us go through tutorials give us the option too skip those and stop doing prompts on screen like go here first or you can’t do that yet. Also allow people to cheat if we want to cheat because it doesn’t affect anyone’s gameplay when I’m playing. Cheating does not gaurentee that I will always win at smash or always win at Pokemon it just improves my chances where I lack in knowledge or lack in skill so this bullet point is for Nintendo’s pickyness lighten up will ya?

New ideas: I think a Mario based Streetpass game should be a game in the new streetpass mini game collection series. If you get different colored Mii’s they could represent the different power ups in Mario games! So the red Mii could be the fire flower the black Mini could be bobomb Mario blue Mii boomerang the yellow Mii bee Mario and so on. You need these Mii’s too progress through each new Mario level and the Mii’s can join Mario as sidekicks or extra life!

If the NX can emulate android apps then I really do think its time that a Nintendo console has the ability to get quick access to things like a Facebook app, DeviantArt, and Twitter a lot of these sites are hard to use as they are on even the New3DSXL! It takes forever too load the pages at certain times. I’ve had it in good times where Facebook loads the page fast but it still sucks. And sharing experience s needs to not be software limited.

These are mostly basic stuff I mentioned but what could really kick the NX off in my opinion is a cloud based emulation gaming service like PlayStation now but Nintendo can do is make it for everything! Say Nintendo let’s u download ALL NES, SNES, N64, GAMECUBE, WII, WII U and all of their portable titles onto your system just for $50 a year you’re all set and you don’t need to worry about game droughts before you’re next NX game! Because PSNow is only for PS3! That’s where Sony misses it. Nintendo can steal the thunder from PSnow and offer all their games! What if you don’t pay one year no worries just buy a game from the shop individual lay that you still like playing and you get too keep it! You can always subscribe again when you have the funds.

I really do think Nintendo should use a tegra processor for the NX too make it a gaming beast that would be the biggest curve ball that no one would expect. If they get a tegra X2 in there instead of X86 like SuperMetalDave64 thinks then it will be more powerful then the PS4.5! This my dream Nintendo console because after Nintendo NVIDIA has become my second favorite company if they advertised it on the box that this console was made in partnership with NVIDIA NVIDIA + NINTENDO that would really sell and get the graphics whores onboard. However I’m in agreement with SuperMetalDave I think it is going too be X86.

If they were to make a new Pokemon game for NX considering how powerful rumors make it out to be this time there is no excuses they need to just do it! Make a Pokemon game where you can explore all regions and every league for each region.

Finally games that should be remade or ported in my opinion: Xenoblade Chronicles X, Super Smash Bros for Wii U, Splatoon, Mario Kart 8, Hatsune Miku Project Mirai DX or a new version gets made, Pokken Tournament, Fantasy Life, Final Fantasy Explororers. Get a No Man’s Sky port, FF A Realm Reborn port for the system.
