As for locations from the original game, in the second screenshot under Gold’s elbow you can see a location scene of the outside of Sprout Tower while in the third screenshot under Wobbuffet’s tail you can see the Slowpoke Well. It also looks as if the Pikachu-Colored Pichu from the 12th movie downloads will play a role in HeartGold and SoulSilver, apparently activating an event within Ilex Forest once transferred over (you can see Celebi’s shrine in the screenshot on that page).
