Rumor: GameStop slips on Wii U launch date
I normally do not pay much attention to release dates coming from a retails stores site, especially before an official announcement. But I have to say the people over at Nintendo Center have found something interesting.
The majority of dates that GameStop is using for Wii U games are clearly place holders, December 31st seems to be a common date used. Now take a look at the picture below of Big 10 Omniverse, Nov 13th. What makes this more interesting is the fact that Nov 13th falls on a Tuesday, which for those of you who do not know, is a normal game release day. Could this just be a mistake or is GameStop on to something? I wish Nintendo would finally let us know.

It would be nice if Nintendo just told us so this guessing game/rumor nonsense would end. The sooner it releases the better – because then you can start the 6 month clock for the price drop after they over price it for $350 initially.
