Some  gaming press have been receiving this little treat in the mail from Capcom. Many people think this poster is hinting to a E3 showing of Mega Man Legends.

Remember Capcom has announced they will be releasing Mega Man Legends 3 Prototype in May with the 3DS eShop channel.
