EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – July 21, 2009 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., today announced it has secured licensed music of the Jackson 5 from Universal Music Enterprises (UMe) to be featured in Karaoke Revolution® for Wii™, the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system. Players will be able to sing to original music of Jackson 5 classics including the number one hits “I’ll Be There,” and “ABC.” The Jackson 5 content will be featured on the final disc at launch along Jackson 5 themes and photos. SAN FRANCISCO – July 20, 2009 – Today Ubisoft announced a Nintendo DS(TM) and Nintendo DSi(TM) video game system installment for its upcoming comedy-adventure, Rabbids Go Home. The Nintendo handheld version features the same zany storyline as its Wii(TM) counterpart, but will feature a different gameplay experience unique to DS. Players will solve a variety of puzzles and brain teasers in an effort to collect as much stuff as they can to build a giant pile all the way to the moon. The game will also feature an intuitive Level Editor, allowing players to create their own puzzles and share them with other gamers for more Rabbids adventures. Nintendo DSi owners will be able to use the Nintendo DSi Camera to take pictures and customize them with funny Rabbid animations. Rabbids Go Home for Nintendo DS is scheduled to release Holiday 2009.

After landing his boat on the mysterious island of the Wild Things – Max quickly befriends the fearsome but loveable creatures and becomes “King of All Wild Things.” He soon learns that the island is on the brink of destruction and that it’s up to him and the Wild Things to work together to find a way to escape to safety before it’s too late. In the United States in June, the Nintendo DS™ and Nintendo DSi™ systems combined to sell more than 766,000 units, more than all current-generation consoles combined, according to the NPD Group, which tracks video game sales in the United States. U.S. consumers purchased more than 424,000 Nintendo DSi systems and more than 342,000 Nintendo DS systems in June.
Wii™ marked its 21st consecutive month as the top-selling U.S. home console, with nearly 362,000 sold. Consumers also snapped up nearly 374,000 Wii MotionPlus™ accessories, including nearly 205,000 packaged with Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 from Electronic Arts and 169,000 additional accessories sold on their own. The Wii Sports Resort™ game launches July 26 and comes packaged with Wii MotionPlus.
