Earlier last month, there were some whispers about whether or not Star Fox Zero would release on their promised date of April 22.  During the Nintendo Direct, Nintendo hushed those rumors and reconfirmed that the game is indeed launching on April 22.

Along with this new announcement, we learned that the physical release of Star Fox Zero will come bundled with another Star Fox title, Star Fox Guard.  This title is the final version of the Project Guard demo that Nintendo showed off during E3 2013.  The physical bundle will be available at the price of $59.99.

For those wishing to purchase Star Fox Zero digitally, the game will be available for $49.99 with a $5 discount towards Star Fox Guard.  Inversely, players who chose to purchase Star Fox Guard digitally will receive a $5 discount towards Star Fox Zero.
