We reported a couple months ago that Zero and Joe the Condor from Gatchaman were both possible new characters, and it looks like it’s definitely the case!  Capcom has confirmed to IGN that both Joe and Zero will be playable when Tatsunoko vs. Capcom releases here in the US early next year.
