TOMY CORPORATION OFFERS CONSUMERS FIRST CHANCE TO PLAY UPCOMING NARUTOTM SHIPPUDEN VIDEO GAMES AT 2009 ANIME EXPO
LOS ANGELES – July 1, 2009 – Consumer software and entertainment company TOMY Corporation announced today that it will offer fans the first opportunity to play its upcoming video games based on the popular NARUTO™ Shippuden animated series. The soon-to-be-released fighting games, NARUTO™ Shippuden: Clash of Ninja® Revolution 3 for Wii™ and NARUTO™ Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 for Nintendo DS™, will be playable at booth #103 at the 2009 Anime Expo in the Los Angeles Convention Center July 2-5.
TOMY Corporation will also be showcasing its latest released titles, including PANGYA™: Fantasy Golf for PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system, and NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 for Nintendo DS™. As an added bonus, players who demo Pangya: Fantasy Golf for PSP will receive an exclusive Pangya collectable golf ball while supplies last.

NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is an exciting new fighting game based on the hit NARUTO Shippuden animated series from VIZ Media. Exclusively for Wii, the 3D fighting game features new and improved gameplay mechanics, a plethora of gameplay modes, and for the first time, Wi-Fi multiplayer capabilities. The game follows the storyline of NARUTO Shippuden and features more than 30 characters who have been upgraded with new looks and character-specific jutsu moves. The game offers more than 40 3D environments to choose from, including nine completely new stages. NARUTO Shippuden: Clash of Ninja Revolution 3 is scheduled to release in fall 2009.
Also scheduled for release in fall 2009, NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 features fast-paced NARUTO Shippuden 3D fighting action with the addition of an all-new Quest Mode, 34 playable characters with special jutsu moves, and an all-new storyline covering more of the Shippuden story arc than any other NARUTO game. The title also features wireless multiplayer gameplay, offering NARUTO fans and newcomers to the series a competitive 3D fighting game on Nintendo DS. NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Destiny 2 is rated T by the ESRB.
Now available exclusively for the PSP system, PANGYA™: Fantasy Golf lets players practice and perfect their swing on the nine fantasy fairways of Pangya Island. Combining golf gameplay, endless customization options and a slew of unique characters set in beautiful environments, PANGYA: Fantasy Golf boasts an original storyline with new, exclusive features for the PSP system. Players can visit the in-game Pangya Shop to customize as many as 18 playable characters and their golf equipment with thousands of unlockable accessories, outfits, gear and power items in order to improve their golfer’s stats and land that hole-in-one. Now available in stores nationwide, NARUTO Shippuden: Ninja Council 4 exclusively for Nintendo DS introduces players to action-packed ninja adventures with wireless multiplayer battles for up to four players. Gamers follow an older and more powerful Naruto and his friends on the quest to rescue Gaara from the sinister Akatsuki organization in all-new, action-packed adventures. As the storyline advances and unfolds, players are able to choose their allies and form a three-man squad with special jutsu techniques to ward off looming danger. Aspiring ninja can also track down enemies through several tough platform levels and explore previously unreachable areas.
