Two mini-games that feature in Kirby’s latest 3DS adventure, Kirby: Triple Deluxe, will be receiving their own spin-off titles on the Japanese 3DS eShop later this month.

The two games are Kirby Fighters Z and King DeDeDe’s Drum Dash Z, and will be available from July 23 for 750 yen each, which equates to just over $7 / €5.

Kirby Fighters Z is like a Kirby-themed Smash Bros. where you’e pitted against other Kirby characters and abilities. The game will feature brand new levels and two new abilities from Kirby’s latest adventure: the Bell and Beetle power-ups.

DeDeDe’s Drum Dash Z is a rhythm game starring King Dedede, where you bounce along to classic Kirby themes to collect coins. This one features 14 tricky new levels.

It’s unknown if either spin-off will ever reach Western shores, but in the meantime, check out the Japanese trailers below and let us know if they appeal to you.
