Video: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe footage from PAX East

Nintendo was at the weekend’s PAX East show to showcase and promote upcoming Switch title, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

The latest iteration of the long-running racing series sees the return of the beloved Battle Mode. You can check out Shine Thief and Renegade Roundup in the below video, recorded from the live PAX Twitch stream.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be released on the Nintendo Switch on 28 April worldwide. Check out the video below in the meantime, and let us know if you’re excited about the return of Battle Mode.
