World of Goo Publisher Files for Bankruptcy

Case in point: Publisher Brighter Minds Media, most famous for bringing the world the critically-beloved World of Goo, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Ohio, reports Crispy Gamer.
A while back the developers of World of Goo reported having a 90% piracy on their game. I am pretty sure this had something to do with it.
